Data Deletion
Last updated: 29 September 2026
You can ask Fab Studio — a trading name of FAB DEZINE ATELIER PRIVATE LIMITED — to delete the personal data our WhatsApp coordination system holds about you.
How to request deletion
Email mail@fabdesigns.co.in with:
- The subject line Data deletion request
- The WhatsApp phone number the request concerns
- Confirmation that you are the owner of that number
To protect you, we will only act on requests that come from, or can be verified against, the phone number concerned. We may reply on WhatsApp to that number to confirm the request before proceeding.
What happens
Within 30 days of a verified request:
- Every message from your number that our system holds is redacted
- Your name and identity are anonymised in our directory
- Conversation summaries that referenced you are deleted
- Open project items that came from your messages are kept so the project can continue, but with your identity removed
- The deletion is recorded in our audit log, and we confirm completion to you by email
What is not deleted
- Records we are legally required to keep for a specific project, for as long as that obligation lasts. We will tell you if this applies.
- Data held by WhatsApp itself on your device or in your own account, which is under Meta’s control and your own.
Stopping processing without deleting
If you would rather we simply stop processing a conversation, send STOP FAB AI in that WhatsApp chat. Processing stops immediately and nothing further is collected from that conversation.
